Uncompressed AVI creates vertical jitter

Framerate / timescale is off

Record a video at 60FPS for example and you end up with a fast video, how can this be fixed? Even at 30FPS the timescale doesn't seem correct.

AviReader

Would be nice to have the equivalent AviReader in the dll, compatible with OpenDML extensions, that lets one read an avi frame by frame.
